Install Styler 1.401 from here [link]
(It's the newest, freeware and unfortunately last version of this app)
Restart your computer.
Then extract RV2ST_by_PEPEi.rar to:
C:\Program Files\Styler\TB\skins\Styler's
It's the default installation directory.
Check the screenshot on CrystalXP to know how to enable StyleToolbar and change the skins.
It works on WindowsXP - I'm sure. Vista or '98 wasn't tested by me.
